Suggestion: Turn of your phone (airplane mode), have a warm Epsom salt bath 1-2 hrs before bed, write a journal, avoid eating food 3 hours before bed and consume a strong cup of this tea when you are unwinding 15- 30 mins before bed

Directions: 2tsp in a small tea pot of boiling water or tea infuser – brew for a minimum of three minutes ideally 5 minutes before drinking, continue to top up with boiling water…. Sweet dreams
