If you have received an incorrect item, please contact reception directly on 03 9686 2566 or orders@melbournenaturalmedicine.com.au ASAP to have the matter rectified.

Refunds are only provided to products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Replacement products will be provided for products that are received faulty or damaged.
