2-Fucosyllactose (2-FL) is the most prevalent human milk oligosaccharide (HMO) naturally present in human breast milk. Supplemental 2-FL is used clinically as a prebiotic fibre for promoting the growth of Bifido and Akkermansia species, intestinal barrier function, and regulating immune inflammation, along with providing metabolic and cognitive support, among other uses.

Common dosage range: 5g – 20g/day
(It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required).

Density:
5ml = 2.5 g (0.5 g/ml)
